About Dexter

Dexter is an SMS sending and scheduling platform, built for Romanian businesses that depend on people showing up: medical practices, clinics, salons, car services, courses, and any activity that runs on appointments.

The problem we started from

A forgotten appointment costs twice: once for the empty slot, and again for the client who never comes back. Confirmation calls solve it, but they burn hours every day, and they happen exactly when the team is busiest.

A text message sent automatically the day before solves the same problem without occupying anyone. That is what Dexter does.

How it works

You set the rules once: how far in advance the reminder goes out, what it says, and the hours during which sending is allowed. From there the platform runs on its own. A rescheduled appointment updates the message; a cancelled one stops it.

Beyond reminders, you can send campaigns to contact lists, schedule messages for a future date, and integrate sending directly into your own application through an API.

What we commit to

• Predictable cost. You see how many segments a message consumes before you send it, not on the invoice at the end of the month.
• No mandatory subscription. Buy credits once with no commitment, or take a monthly plan if you send constantly.
• Respect for the recipient. STOP unsubscribes are automatic and permanent, and messages never go out outside the hours you set.
